Dr Helen Evans-Howells, GP and allergy specialist

With a master's degree in Allergy from Southampton University, Dr Helen Evans-Howells possesses first-hand expertise navigating the complex world of allergies. As a GP and allergy specialist, Helen is dedicated to her craft of alleviating the burden that allergies have on others, empowering them with the knowledge and support they need to live with them.

During her career, Dr Helen has held important roles such as the Primary Care Chair of the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. She has also worked with the Southampton Allergy Team for half a decade, where she gained valuable clinical experience needed to understand, assess, manage, and treat those with allergies. Currently, she is a trustee for Anaphylaxis UK and chairs their Clinical and Scientific Panel, delivering lectures worldwide, drawing from her extensive clinical experience.

Dr Helen collaborates closely with GPs looking to upskill in Allergology, and regularly contributes her expertise to articles for various publications, as well as sitting in on numerous expert panels.
